<p>PURPOSE:To write the selecting information of an access time by providing a ROM block, for which writing can be executed, not to be erased by ultraviolet irradiation in a semiconductor integrated circuit to seal of an ultraviolet erasing type EPROM chip with plastic resin. CONSTITUTION:In the semiconductor integrated circuit, the two blocks of a ROM block 3, which is used by a user, and a partial ROM block 2, which is used by a maker, are provided. For a user using block 3 before the plastic resin sealing, ultraviolet-ray erasing can be executed. However, a maker using ROM 2 can not be erased with the ultraviolet-ray and access time selecting test result information in a wafer condition are written to the maker using ROM 2. At the time of a forwarding check after the resin sealing, the writing information are used and the marking of a symbol, which shows the classification of the access time, is executed to a plastic package. Thus, the access selecting forwarding can be executed with being fine per chip.</p> |
