<p>PURPOSE:To perform mass production at a low cost without impairing high frequency characteristics by forming cores of laminated ferromagnetic pieces, butting the ferromagnetic pieces at different position in neighboring laminated layers, and forming a magnetic path wherein the ferromagnetic pieces are brought into contact or joined. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic pieces 2A and 2B are butted at the different position at the neighboring layer in a laminated structure. Coils 5 are wound around bobbins 9, and the ferromagnetic pieces 2A and 2B are inserted. Such a structure is also provided. Therefore, even in the structure wherein a secondary conductor is wound around a part of each core as a square magnetic path configuration, the core can be formed only by inserting a magnetic pole piece without generating residual stress. A high permeability material can be used with the excellent magnetic characteristics being maintained. Thus, the current transformers having the excellent characteristics can be manufactured at a low cost in a mass production system.</p> |
