PURPOSE:To enable urethane resin to be stuck onto even the flat surface of a coated metallic body, while the polyurethane resin layer after molding may be prevented from occurring of its discoloration and property-deterioration with easy injection molding by using the isocyanate adhesive containing a specified residual amount of free cyanate in the combination of the adhesives of phenol/butyral type and isocyanate type. CONSTITUTION:When the surface of coated metallic body 1 preliminarily primed with the adhesive 2 of phenol/butyral type is finally coated with the isocyanate adhesive 4 having free isocyanate containing 1 to 10wt.% of relatively low residual amount, thermoplastic polyurethane resin 3 adheres perfectly to the metallic surface firmly, even if the surface of the coated metallic body is relatively flat. Accordingly, since the curing under baking at high temperature higher than necessity may be omitted, the quality deterioration and discoloration, etc. for the layer of thermoplastic polyurethane resin do not occur, and its physical property becomes stable and excellent. When thermoplastic polyurethane resin is injection-molded, water-absorbing treatment is applied to the free component of isocyanate under the atmosphere of room temperature and much moisture and the component are reacted, whereby the both materials are integrally molded mutually. |
