PURPOSE:To produce the tube having the diaphragm without pin holes by a method in which while the vent pins having been inserted into a male mold are divided correspondingly to the number of gates, the divided position is caused to be equidistant from the gates, and gas is discharged from the mating surface of the divided object. CONSTITUTION:The resin injected into a mold cavity A from the gates 3a, 3b of a female mold 2 flows into between the tip surfaces 7a, 8a with less resistance, since the length l1 between the projected parts 10, 10 of the periphery of the gates 3a, 3b and the tip surfaces 7a, 8a of male molds 7, 8 is longer than the length l2 between the projected parts 10, 10 of the periphery of the gates 3a, 3b and the peripheral surface of the male molds 7, 8. The introduced resins are brought in contact with each other at the position almost equidistant from the gates 3a, 3b, while they are opposed to each other. This contact line is lapped on the grooves B, B of vent pins 9, 9 inserted into the male molds 7, 8. In this stage, the gas in the cavity A is compressed by the resin and is discharged from the mating surfaces 11a, 12a of semicylindrical bodies 11, 12 by way of the grooves B, B. Accordingly, the resins mutually in contact are mixed with each other, thereby molding the diaphragm 6 without pin holes. In this period of time, the resin is injected into the tip in the cavity A and molds a tube 5. |
