PURPOSE:To obtain the subject beverage with eliminated side effects exerted bad influences on patients suffering from diabetes, hypertension, obesity, etc., by subjecting chlorella to extraction treatment with hot water and adding an oligosaccharide to the resultant extract solution. CONSTITUTION:An extract solution obtained by subjecting chlorella to extraction treatment with hot water is mixed with an adequate amount of an oligosaccharide so as to provide as homogeneous a mixture as possible and afford the objective beverage consisting of a mixture of the hot-water extract solution of the chlorella and the oligosaccharide. |
