PURPOSE:To easily fix the positions of both a running pedal and a braking pedal by providing each of a running pedal and a braking pedal with a locking arm which is turned by the stepping action of a locking pedal and caught at the stepping position to release the lock at the stepping action of the braking pedal. CONSTITUTION:A locking pedal 3, a running lock arm 4 and a braking locking arm 5 are connected to each other by a rod 20 and racks 11 and 12 are formed at the arms 4 and 5, respectively. The running pedals 1 and 2 have catching pieces 9 and 10, respectively, which lock the pedals 1 and 2 when engaged with the racks 11 and 12. As a result combination of each of the pedals 1 and 2 and the locking pedal 3 may locks for the stepping position. When the pedals 1 and 2 are stepped further, the engagement of racks 11 and 12 with the catching pieces 9 and 10 is released and the pieces are unlocked. The locking of the running pedal and the braking pedal at the stepped positions thereof may be locked easily. |
