摘要 |
PURPOSE:To decide whether or not a dummy defect is a fatal defect automatically and to reduce the burden on an operator by detecting the brightness of each picture element of a lighted printed wiring board. CONSTITUTION:A linear camera 16 detects the brightness of the printed wiring board 12 whose image is formed on its photodetection surface. Further, a binary coding circuit 18 converts the brightness data into binary data by picture elements and writes the data on an image memory 20. A wiring center detecting circuit 22 detects the breadthwise center position of the printed wiring first and an encoding circuit 24 generates a code as to the detected wiring center position. The code generated by the circuit 24 is specified as the address of a dictionary memory 26 to output the kind of a defect from the memory 26. A defect presence/absence decision circuit 28 reads the kind of the defect and when it is decided that there is the defect, the circuit supplies a defect presence signal to a defect position output device 32 and the position of a window on the memory 20 to an inspection position generating circuit 34. |
