PURPOSE:To prepared the subject dumpling having the characteristic taste and flavor of buckwheat, by adding a specific amount of buckwheat flour to boiling water, kneading and rolling the mixture in the form of a dumpling, applying honey to the dumpling and smearing with soybean flour mixed with sugar and salt. CONSTITUTION:Buckwheat flour is added to nearly the same quantity of boiling water, quickly kneaded and rolled to form a dumpling. The dumpling is coated with honey and then smeared with soybean flour mixed with sugar and a small amount of salt. The amount of the sugar is about 1/2 of that of the soybean flour. |
