PURPOSE:To decrease the contamination of a probe so that the reaction of a reaction liquid is sufficiently executed by dispensing respective liquids to the different positions in a reaction vessel. CONSTITUTION:A sample liquid 13a sucked by the probe 11 is first discharged and stuck to the position (a) of the inside wall of the reaction vessel 12. A reagent liquid 14 sucked by the probe 11 is then discharged and stuck to the position (b) of the inside wall surface of the vessel 12. Namely, the sample liquid 13 and reagent liquid 14 are so dispensed as to be stuck to the different positions (a), (b) of the inside wall surface of the vessel 12. The liquids are in succession stirred by a method of applying oscillation to the vessel 12, etc. The reaction liquid 15 consisting of both the liquids 13, 14 is obtd. in this way. Since the dispensing of the sample liquid 13 and the reagent liquid 14 by the probe 11 is executed to the different positions (a), (b) of the inside wall surface of the vessel 12, the contact of the probe 11 with the previously dispensed sample liquid 13 is prevented at the time of dispensing the reagent liquid 14. The contamination of the probe 11 is, therefore, decreased. |
