PURPOSE:To generate soft fats and oils by controlling ionic force with synergistic action of ultrasonic wave and high-frequency wave for communication and varying composition of aliphatic acid, then obtaining an aliphatic acid having varied characteristics, thus automatically stirring the solution. CONSTITUTION:A solution of aliphatic acid is subjected to an action of hybrid wave generated by a synergistic action of ultrasonic wave of 80 kilocycle-20 megacycle and a high-frequency wave for communication of <=100 kilocycle magnetostrictive vibrator and carbon chain is recombined by an induction of electrical, molecular and electron action of the hybrid wave to obtain an aliphatic acid having different properties from conventional aliphatic acid. Said aliphatic acid is not varied to lower oxides, etc., and exhibits a most unexpected reaction in fields such as medicines, cosmetic or foodstuffs, etc. |
