PURPOSE:To obtain a lubricating resin treated steel plate, by providing a specific resin film on the single surface of a double-side zinc or zinc alloy plated steel plate having chromate films on both surfaces thereof and providing a resin film containing a specific resin and silica on the other surface thereof in a specific adhesion amount. CONSTITUTION:In a lubricating resin treated steel plate, a resin film composed of a resin mixture or composite containing a resin having a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxyl group, silica and a solid lubricant and having glass transition temp. Tg of 70 deg.C or more is provided to the single surface of a double-side zinc or zinc alloy plated steel plate having chromate films on both surfaces thereof. A resin film containing a resin having a hydroxyl group and/or a carboxyl group and silica is provided to the other surface thereof. The adhesion amount of each of the films is 0.3 to 3g/m<2> on a dry wt. basis. This lubricating resin treated steel plate is well in lubricity and deep drawing moldability at the time of high speed press molding and also well in both of flat plate corrosion resistance and corrosion resistance after processing. |
