<p>PURPOSE: To weigh respective components quickly and accurately by providing two geared pumps, a motor and an applicator. CONSTITUTION: Each geared pump 62, 64 has a gear operable in a gear housing 66 to receive and feed a kind of each component. Pumps 62, 64 are driven simultaneously to feed a specified quantity of respective components at a desired mixing ratio and at a specified rate. Each material is also fed to an applicator 44 for applying each component to the surface thereof. Each pump 62, 64 is coupled through a flexible hose 40, 42 with the applicator 44. When the pump 62, 64 is in pause position, a pressure in the hose 40, 42 is held using a check valve 96, 98. The pumps 62, 64 are driven at an identical rotational speed to feed a specified quantity of different materials and the ratio thereof can be set precisely. The pumps are controlled manually by an operator and when the controller for the applicator 44 is operated, a motor 70 is actuated and an accurately weighed quantity of each component can be obtained.</p> |
