PURPOSE:To enable the lapping of a small hole of a hard material of a ceramic, etc., in a short time and with god efficiency by fixing a solid abrasive by inserting it into the plural fitting holes pierced on a columnar or cylindrical tool main body. CONSTITUTION:Plural fitting holes 1a penetrating in the vertical direction of the center line of a cylindrical tool main body 1 are pierced thereon. A solid abrasive 2 is fixed by press-fitting it in these fitting holes 1a in the state of its both end faces 2a being projected from the peripheral face of this main body 1. In case of lapping the small hole formed in the hard materials of a ceramic, cemented carbide, etc., by using the lap tool for small hole thus formed the small hole is subjected to lapping by the projecting part 2a of the solid abrasive 2 with high accuracy and in a short time. |
