PURPOSE:To form a sea urchin out of shape into the original one thereof, by pulverizing the sea urchin, adding a seasoning and then paste, placing the sea urchin in a mold and solidifying the sea urchin. CONSTITUTION:A sea urchin is prepared and pulverized. A seasoning, such as salt, sodium glutamate, soup or 'SAKE' (Japanese rice wine) is added to the pulverized and homogenized sea urchin and a paste, such as gelatin, for forming is then added. The resultant sea urchin is subsequently filled in a mold, cooled and solidified to form the sea urchin out of shape into the original one. |
