PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by holding a formed metallic fibrous thread with a holding tool under condition as cylindrical thread flux is and collectively taking this out of a rotating drum. CONSTITUTION:On the inner surface of cylindrical circumferential wall 7a in the rotating drum 7, the holding tool lower plate 1 is arranged as attachable/ detachable between plural magnetic plates 8 and plural plate 8 and in the drum 7, a nozzle 4 for injecting molten metal 6 into cooling liquid 9 and a heating device 5 are integratedly arranged. After completing the injection of the molten metal, the rotating drum 7 is stopped and the cooling liquid 9 is discharged from the rotating drum 7 and the holding tool upper plate 2 is fitted to the lower plate 1 on the thread flux so as to hold the formed thread 12 flux and by inserting bolts 3 into through holes 20 in the upper plate 2 and female holes 1a in the lower plate 1, the upper and lower plates 1, 2 are fastened. Then, by taking out the thread flux from the rotating drum, the thread flux can be orderly taken out and working time of the rotating drum is improved and the productivity can be improved. |
