<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently recover crystals without clogging a filter medium by pressurizing the slurry side so that the temp. and pressure at which the filtrate is not supersaturated are maintained, and suction-filtering the slurry by a rotary vacuum filter. CONSTITUTION:A slurry 4 stored in a slurry storage tank is supplied by a pump to the bottom of the rotary vacuum filter 1 (expressed RVF hereunder), and suction filtration, cleaning, suction drainage, and release are successively carried out while rotating a filter medium 3. At this time, a pressure controlling gas is supplied to the RVF 1 from a pressure controlling gas supply part 20 to pressurize the slurry 4 side, the temp. and pressure are maintained so that the filtrate 6 is not supersaturated, the filtrate 6 and a gas 7 are sucked from a suction part 8, and suction filtration is carried out in a filtration region 5. As a result, the crystal in the slurry 4 is collected by the filter medium 3 as cake 9, and the cake is sent upward, cleaned in a cleaning region 11, drained, and then released by a blowing gas.</p> |
