<p>PURPOSE:To surely detect the discharge last stage of a battery by switching the address counter value of a memory according to the discharge last stage voltage of a power source and detecting the discharge last stage state of the battery from the change of data quantity transmitted from the memory. CONSTITUTION:When a battery 10 reaches its discharge last stage state, the output of a voltage detecting circuit 11 is switched from a high (H) level to a low (L) level, and a movable contact (a) of a change-over switch 12 is switch- connected from a fixed contact (b) to a fixed contact (c). Thereupon, an address counter 13 is switched to a counter value corresponding to an address 1, outputs only the information data of a memory 15 through an amplifier 17 to a transmitting antenna 16, and transmits the data to a reader. Thus, a user can recognize that the battery 10 is under the discharge last stage state through the reader.</p> |
