<p>PURPOSE:To develop the superior slide resistance even at a low temperature of 0 deg.C or less by using vinyl chloride resin, plasticizer, hard fibers having a prescribed length, and acrylic resin and specifying the melt index and the injection pressure of the molding material. CONSTITUTION:The sole molding material which consists of 100wt.parts vinyl chloride resin, 70-150wt.parts plasticizer, 5-50wt.parts hard fibers having a length of 0.1-10mm, and 2-20wt.parts acrylic resin and possesses a melt index of 20-50g/10min. is injection-molded into a sole molding cavity under an injection pressure of 600-1,000kg/cm<2>. The molded sole possesses the superior slide resistance and consists of hard fibers arranged nearly in the vertical direction for the contact ground surface, and has a small hardness variation even at a low temperature of 0 deg.C or less, and the proper softness and flexibility are provided, and the deterioration of the slide resistance is prevented.</p> |
