PURPOSE:To obtain a dense sintered body without the generation of clacks by relieving the remaining impulsive wave energy after used in sintering by the material different from the sintering body. CONSTITUTION:In a reaction vessel 1 is set the compressed powder body 2 which consists of at least one kind of metallic powder and/or ceramics powder and has a circular or polygonal pillared through-hole which penetrates the center part of incident surface of shock wave and the center part of reflecting surface where the incident shock wave is reflected after transmitted in the compressed powder body. Then, a 1st material 3, such as stainless steel, different from the compressed powder body 2 is buried in the through-hole and a 2nd material 4, such as BN, having lower density than that of the compressed powder 2 is disposed to be brought in contact with the compressed body 2, and these are fixed with a pressing plug 5, and then shock wave is transmitted in the compressed body 2 to carry out sintering. |
