<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a natural lumber decorative sheet with an excellent surface smoothness and surface physical properties in simple processes by laminating a sheet, in which a thermosetting resin is impregnated and dried into a decorative sheet which comes to be transparent or translucent after molding, on the decorative surface of a basement material comprising a natural laminated lumber, and thermopressedly molding this between hot plates. CONSTITUTION:An overlay layer 2 is thermopressedly molded laminating a sheet, in which a thermosetting resin is impregnated and dried into a decorative sheet which comes to be transparent or translucent after molding, on a basement material 1. As a decorative sheet, an original paper is used, which comes to be transparent or translucent after molding in impregnating a thermosetting resin such as a decorative sheet overlay paper used with lumber pulp, tissue paper, synthetic resin pulp paper and the like, and which is preferably 30-50g/m<2>. It is possible that the decorative sheet is colored in the paper process or printing process and the like of the original paper by the use of pigment or dye which comes to be transparent or translucent. As a thermosetting resin to be impregnated to the decorative sheet, melamine/formaldehyde resin, diarylphthalate (DAP) resin, benzoguanamine resin, acetoguanamine resin, polyester resin and the like are given.</p> |
