The present invention relates to a portable sign device especially for road traffic, including an indicator panel mounted on a support placed on the ground in the position of use. This device is characterised in that the support includes two elements, one "U" shaped, the other "H" shaped each having, at their base, two branches of equal length, an upper end of each branch of the "H" element being associated, via a lockable articulation, at a high point of each of the two branches of the "U" element in order to constitute by separating, an angle of at least 90 DEG , means being provided at the base of the "U" element to allow fixing of the panel 1 and, at its lower part, on the element 2, in a "U" shape and to allow angular displacement of the panel towards the horizontal around its axis of oscillation and to bring the panel back to a substantially vertical position. <IMAGE> |
