PURPOSE:To set a pan stably and conduct the heating efficiently by forming a concave part for putting the pan bottom part therein on a pan setting plate, making the gap between a heating coil and the concave part of the setting plate constant. CONSTITUTION:The bottom of a chinese pan 5 can be put within the concave part 3a of a pan setting plate 3. The cap A between a heating coil 4 and the plate 3 maintains a contact distance, which is proper to heat the pan. Hence, an induction heating cooker capable of setting a pan stably which has a satisfactory heating efficiency can be obtained. |
