PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a gaseous spotted interposing port between a roll/ film by controlling generation of a neck line to the minimum, by a method wherein the surface of a first roll continuing to a molding machine is formed into a rough surface of specific surface roughness having innumerable fine and about semispherical protrusions, in a take-off roll. CONSTITUTION:Since a take-off roll has the highest temperature and is sensitive to interposition of neck-in and gas in the first roll continuing to a molding machine out of take-off rolls, an action is most effective in the first roll. The action is remarkable further in the case where the maximum height of surface roughness of a rough surface is 20-100mum. When rolls 1-4 each are kept thinned in order extending over the rear rolls from the first roll, it is inoffensive even in the case of performance of mirror surface embossing finish on the surface of a film with an embossing roll (b). When the roll is turned within a processing solution and an electrode is fed crosswise while keeping a minute space, an electrical discharge processed-surface (rough surface) is formed on the surface of the roll. It is possible to change size of about semispherical protrusions X and a space between those protrusions according to a kind of a thermoplastic resin film. |
