PURPOSE:To instantaneously and correctly select troops closest to a dispatching spot by always controlling a present position by a block number and the troop information including the propriety of dispatching, retrieving the troop information when the dispatching is necessary and selecting the dispatchable troops in the sequence close to the dispatching position. CONSTITUTION:A troop information control part 1 communicates through a communication means such as radio with respective troops and thus, updates approximately regularly a troop file 4 to hold the propriety of dispatching and the number of the persons of the troops and a position control file 5. When the file is udpated, a position blocking file 3 is referred to. A retrieving and output part 2, when the selection command, the dispatching spot and the number of the dispatching troops inputted from a terminal device 6 are received, retrieves the block number, to which the dispatching spot belongs, from the position blocking file 3, retrieves the position control file 5 with the prescribed number of troops in the sequence close to the dispatching spot. Thus, the time up to the arrival can be shortened. |
