PURPOSE:To efficiently execute the design of a data input/output picture and the work of the internal structure definition of data by providing a format file to store a picture definition result for data input/output and a data structure definition result. CONSTITUTION:A format file preparing processing part 502 executes the definition processing of the internal part of a data base and the data input/output picture design processing. A data input processing part 503 displays the data input picture defined by the format file preparing processing part 502, executes the data input processing, and a data output processing part 504 executes the data output based on the definition result of the internal data structure of the data base defined by the format file preparing processing part 502. Thus, the data input/output picture can be easily set, it can be automatically defined up to the internal structure of the data base in the setting, and therefore, the system suitable to the desire of a user can be easily constructed. |
