PURPOSE:To prevent an excess strain from generating and superconducting performance from deteriorating due to strain by bending the superconductor parts of a winding which become start and end of leads in a previous step of heat treatment, and then winding the superconducting conductor on a spool to assemble a coil. CONSTITUTION:Lead pieces 6, 7 are bent in a previous step of diffusively heat treating short wires of predetermined length cut from the same conductor as superconducting conductors 2 for forming a winding 3 to generate a superconductor, and heat treated. The starting piece 6 is engaged fixedly with a groove for engaging the cut piece on the periphery of a spool body 11, and the conductors 2 are wound on the body 11 in this state to form the winding 3. Similarly, the ending piece 7 is engaged with a groove cutout on the flange 12 of a spool 1 on the outer periphery of the winding 3, and the lead ends of the pieces 6, 7 are secured by soldering to a current terminal 4 secured onto the flange 12 of the spool 1. |
