PURPOSE:To shorten an arriving time without accelerating the maximum speed of a vehicle by transmitting the zone length of a block section to the controller of the vehicle by transmitting means from the ground to the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle enters each block section, a block section length is transmitted from the ground to the vehicle beforehand. A controller of the vehicle operates an ATC brake at optimum ground points 7', 8', 9', 10', 11', 12' on the basis of an ATC speed signal to be transmitted and the section length in the section. Thus, its arriving time can be shortened without accelerating the maximum speed of the vehicle. |
