Device for adjusting a lordosis support (10) for the backrest (12) of a seat with a cam guide (16), which can be operated by means of a hand wheel (14), for adjusting a U-shaped bar (18), which extends transversely over the backrest of the seat and between the limbs (20, 22) of which the lordosis support (10) is arranged, the lordosis support (10) being preloaded in the direction of maximum curvature of the backrest (12) by means of a torsion spring (24).
