PURPOSE:To prevent first and second conductive layer signal lines from mutually interfering with each other owing to potential changes on those signal lines by providing a third conductive layer, which potential is fixed, between those signal lines formed in lamination through an insulating film. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal or digital signal conductive layer signal line 2 is laid on a substrate 1 in overlapping with an analog signal conductive layer signal line 3 through an insulating film 4. A grounded conductive layer 5 is provided between the lines 2, 3. Although there is parasitic capacitance 6 between the signal line 2 and the layer 5, and between the signal line 3 and the layer 5, since the layer 5 is grounded, the lines 2 and 3 are not influenced with each other in a potential change to protect the analog potential of the line 3. |
