PURPOSE:To reduce the thermal loss at the time of switching by providing a differential circuit to differentiate the rise waveform of a collector voltage and a transistor to add the output voltage of the differential circuit to a base. CONSTITUTION:When an output transistor(Tr)3 becomes from a conducting condition to a non-conducting condition, the collector voltage to occur at this time is differentiated by a differential circuit composed of capacitors 22 and 23 and resistances 24 and 25, and the voltage is added to the base of a Tr21. The Tr21 becomes the conducting condition at the rise period of the collector voltage of an output Tr3. At this time, since the base current of the output Tr3 is pulled out as the collector current of the Tr21, the output Tr3 is shifted from the conducting condition to the non-conducting condition quickly. For this reason, the collector voltage of the output Tr3 becomes a steep rise waveform. Thus, the thermal loss to occur at the time of switching an output transistor can be reduced. |
