PURPOSE:To obtain a lining material having high strength and an excellent handling property in spite of light wt., by constituting the inner surface lining material of a double-wall pipe having an existing pipe of an outer wall having a corrugated cross- sectional shape having ring-shaped or spiral ridges and an inner wall having a smooth surface bonded to and integrated with the grooves formed between the mutually adjacent ridges of the outer wall. CONSTITUTION:An inner surface lining material 1 is composed of an outer wall 12 having a corrugated cross-sectional shape having ring-shaped ridges 11 at an equal interval and an inner wall 14 having a smooth inner surface. The inner wall 14 is bonded to and integrated with the grooves 13 formed between mutually adjacent ridges 11, 11 of the outer wall 12. The inner wall 12 and the outer wall 14 may be bonded by an adhesive or heat-welding. Since the ridges 11 or grooves 13 of this inner surface lining material 1 function as reinforcing ribs making the outer wall 11 hard to deform, even when the outer wall 11 has a reduced thickness, for example, of 1.0-3.0mm, this lining material can withstand large load and the inner wall 14 can be further made thinner than the outer wall 11 without relating to the keeping of strength too much. Therefore, wt. reduction can be achieved by making the outer and inner walls 11, 14 thin and a handling property is enhanced. |
