<p>In a device with automatic traction for osteosynthesis comprising two supporting units (1) including a support (2) and fixing wires (3) mounted on it, and a drive (5) kinematically connected to ratchet mechanisms (7) consisting of a ratchet wheel (17) and a spring-loaded pawl (18), the drive (5) and the ratchet mechanisms (7) are mounted on a frame (4) located between the supporting units (1) and connected to them, at least one of the supporting units (1) being connected to the frame (4) with the possibility of relative movement by means of traction threaded rods (8) rigidly connected coaxially to the ratchet wheels (17) and forming a threaded pair together with nuts (9) mounted on the corresponding supporting unit (1).</p> |
