The invention relates to an elastic connecting element (1), comprising a bush (3), a central body (2), which is formed at each end with at least one frustoconical portion (5, 6) which diverges axially outwards, and an elastomeric layer (14) which is arranged between the bush (3) and the central body (2). The bush (3) is formed as a single-piece or uniform component and comprises a sleeve (11), a ring (12) consisting of an elastomeric material, and a rigid casing (13) to which the elastomeric layer (14) is assigned. The elastomeric layer (14) is formed at each end with at least one frustoconical portion (16 or 17), said portions diverging axially outwards and their cone angle (b) being smaller than the cone angle (a) of the frustoconical portions (5, 6) of the central body (2). The bush (3) is pushed, by axial movement, onto the central body (2) or vice versa. <IMAGE>
