<p>PURPOSE:To accomplish the title culture in high yield and in high stability for a long period by making a culture, using a culture solution with a specific phosphorus source, of microorganisms or plant cells immobilized by an alginate gel to suppress the drop-off of the gel strength. CONSTITUTION:Microorganisms or plant cells immobilized by an alginate gel is put to culture in a culture solution with, as a phosphorus source, a glucose-6- phosphoric acid (salt), glyceric acid (salt), fructose-6-phosphoric acid (salt), or fructose-1,6-diphosphoric acid (salt). Said alginate is pref. Ca salt or Sr salt.</p> |
