<p>PURPOSE:To enable the common use of both a front projector type and a rear projector type by connecting two sets of source line drivers in parallel to the source lines of a liquid crystal panel so as to obtain driving directions in reverse order. CONSTITUTION:Gate line terminals 2b drawn out of the gate lines and source line terminals 2c, 2d from which the source lines are drawn out in the same order are provided to the periphery of the display surface 2a of the thin film transistor liquid crystal panel 2. The gate line driver 3 is connected to the terminal 2b by using a flexible printed circuit board FPCB and the forward source line driver 4 and backward source line driver 5 are connected to the terminals 2c, 2d. The inversion of the right and left of the images is, therefore, enabled. The common use of the display device to both the front projector and the rear projector is thereby enabled.</p> |
