PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation from a stop position by providing a difference in delay time before a means for stopping a member to be driven is operated at the time of voltage impression and at the time of voltage non-impression. CONSTITUTION:A motor driver circuit 21 is excited and a motor 34 for driving a lens barrel is moved via a motor bridge circuit 50 to move the lens barrel. The Q output of the motor driver circuit 21 which outputs a signal H when the driving state of this time is forward run or backward run (at the time of voltage impression) and a signal L when said state is shorted (at the time of voltage non-impression) is outputted to an AND gate 16 or via an inverter 14 to an AND gate 15. Namely, whether the state in the voltage impression to the motor or not is judged and the stop signal is generated after the delay time shorter than the delay time at the time of voltage non-impression when the state of voltage impression is judged. The always exact positioning is thereby executed and the more exact and scrupulous control is enabled.
