Superconductive ceramic materials are composed either of compounds, the anionic partial grid of which is formed at least in part of nitride fluoride, such as Ba0,2La1,8Cu(N0,1F0,1O3,8), Ba0, 2La1,8Cu(N1,35F1,35O1,3) or YBa2Cu3(N2F2O3-z) in which 0 </= z </= 0.5, or of substances having a defined number and distribution of empty spaces in their grid, which are produced by ulterior expulsion of the NF ions, particularly as in the case of Sr2 Bi2 Cu Ox in which X </= 8. The transition temperature of the superconductor thus obtained is reproducible and generally exceeds 100K. |
