CLONED GENE FOR EXPRESSION OF ANTIBODIES REACTING WITH HUMAN OVARIAN CANCER

A gene for the expression of anti-human ovarian cancer antibodies has been cloned. The construction of a chimeric gene which directs the synthesis of a hybrid fusion protein composed of the anti-ovarian cancer antibody and Pseudomonas exotoxin is taught.
