PURPOSE:To obtain the subject material, capable of integrating raw materials for processed foods with powdered sesame and providing a harmonized material thereof and having good chewiness of both melted ingredients by blending the raw materials for the processed foods with the powdered sesame in a specific amount or less. CONSTITUTION:The objective material, such as rice cake cubes, Japanese crackers, fried rice cake, steamed bun with a bean-jam filling, 'CHIKUWA' (bamboo- shaped broiled fish-paste cake), sausage or 'HANPEN' (soft, white steamed fish cake made of fish paste and yam and used as an ingredient in clear soup), obtained by blending raw materials for processed foods before or after edible processing with <=60% powdered sesame (preferably having 95-500 particle size). |
