<p>A thick film resistor composition comprises an admixture of finely divided particles of (a) 40-85% wt. of a conductive phase consisting of 1-95% wt. of a pyrochlore corresponding to the formula (I) [x=0- 0.55 ; y3=0-2 ; y2=0-2 ; y1=0-0.5 ; y1+y2+y3=2 or precursive mixtures thereof and 99-5% wt. SnO2, (b) 15-60% wt. inorganic binder, and (c) 0.05-10% wt. CoCrO4, NiCrO4 or mixtures thereof, dispersed in organic medium.</p> |
