<p>A protective housing (301) for the purpose of inhibiting the drying of materials in contact with the roller cover installed on a roller applicator. Applicator shaft seals and perimeter seals (15, 16) around protective housing inhibit the escape of fluid materials from or the intrusion of materials onto the roller cover. A transparent housing (101) enables the user to visually identify the type of covering materials which are in contact with the roller cover.</p> |
