PURPOSE: To easily execute even at an irregularly curved shape by bending plates to conform to a structure, coating therebetween with an adhesive, and fixedly inserting fasteners into attachment holes provided at the laminated plates and the structure. CONSTITUTION: A first repairing plate 14 is secured to an existing sealing material layer 11 provided on a damaged structure 10, a second plate 16 is secured thereonto via an adhesive layer 13, and a third plate 18 is finally secured thereonto via an adhesive layer 15. Thus, a plurality of the thin plates progressively conform to one thick pad plate 26 of a structure with a structural strength and a resistivity to bending. In a first stage of a repairing procedure, a damaged area 12 is shaped to a circular hole. Number of the plates becomes the same as a thickness of the structure 10 when the number of the plates are stacked. The plates are then bolted to the structure 10 by temporarily using the fasteners passing through the structure and the plates, then the fasteners are temporarily removed one by one, holes each having a large diameter are opened, and permanent fasteners are installed. |
