AMORPHOUS ALLOY FOR AUDIO HEAD

摘要

Amorphous alloy for audio magnetic head has advantages of increased resistivity and high stable magnetic permeability at high frequency region. The alloy is manufactured by single roll method and water cooling after heat treatment for 10-50 mintes in the temperature range of 380-510≦̸C. The composition of the alloy is 2.5% Fe, 71.5% Co, 3% Mn and 23% SiB.
