PURPOSE:To make it possible that the picture of a same plate is several times repeatedly printed onto the same material to be printed at a high speed without generating slippage during one rotation of a cylinder, by a method wherein the plate fitting part and the printing part with a gripper keeping the material to be printed following after it are provided on the surface of cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder S has the diameter D of 3 times the diameter (d) of two blanket cylinders B1 and B2 and the plate 2 is fitted to the plate fitting part 1 of cylinder S by the plate fixing member 3 provided to the undercut part. The printing part 4 is provided by a pitch of the circumference of blanket cylinders B1 and B2 following after the plate fitting part 1. The gripper 5 keeping the printing paper at the undercut part owned jointly with the plate fitting member 3 is provided to the front edge of printing part 4. It is necessary that the diameter of cylinder is integral times the diameter of blanket cylinders B1 and B2. The reason why it is integral times, is based upon the fact that the relative positions between the plate and the blanket cylinder and between the printing part and the blanket cylinder shall be always constant. Then, if enlarged 4 times, 5 times, etc., 3 times and 4 times repeat printings are possible, too by installing more blanket cylinders and more inking apparatus. |
