PURPOSE:To cause the outer edge of a spiral spring to approach a locking pin, to easily and safely lock it, and to improve an assembling workability by inclining reclining plate forward beyond the fitting position of a stopper at a front side before the stopper at the front side is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A reclining plate 4 and a release lever 7 are pivotingly fitted by a pivot shaft 3, and an inner edge end 8a of a spiral spring 8 is locked to an expanding slot 3a formed to the tip part of the pivot shaft 3. Next, the reclining plate 4 is turned up to a maximum front limit position where a gear part 4a is removed from a tooth 6a of a pole 6 and, simultaneously, which exceeds the fitting position of a stopper pin 10 at the front side by the upward operation of the release lever 7. An outer edge end 8b of the spiral spring 8 is somewhat wound in a clockwise direction, and simultaneously, it is locked to a locking pin 9. The reclining plate 4 is turned in the clockwise direction, it is locked in a proper position by the pole 6, and the stopper pin 10 a the front side is fixed to a side piece 2b. Thus, a prescribed load is made to work to the spiral spring 8, and simultaneously, the reclining plate 4 is always energized forward. |
