There are also provided shock absorber means connecting the inner cradle relative to the outer cradle. The pin and shock absorbers are arranged so that the recoil forces from the weapon are substantially suppressed to prevent the transfer of moment forces from the weapon to the outer cradle to maintain the weapon in the sight line during firing. |
