PURPOSE:To theoretically analyze the flow behavior of the molten resin in a heating cylinder, by providing a slit-like observation part for observing the interior of said cylinder to the peripheral wall of the heating cylinder so as to extend in the axial direction thereof. CONSTITUTION:A slit like observation window 17 is formed to a heating cylin der 3 along the axial direction thereof over the almost entire length thereof and a band heater 23 is wound around the outer periphery of the cylinder 3 excepting the part of the observation window 17. A camera imaging part 24, a video camera main body, a stroboscope controller 26 and a stroboscopic light emitting part 27 are provided in opposed relation to the observation win dow 17. A charged resin material is melted by the transfer heat from the heating cylinder 3 and the kneading action of a screw and the behavior of the resin in the heating cylinder 3 is photographed by a video camera and an image signal is inputted to a video deck to be subjected to desired image processing by a control part, and the data from each resin pressure sensor 21 and that from a resin temp. sensor 22 are added to obtain the behavior of the resin as a large number of stationary images. |
