PURPOSE:To harden a coating layer not only on its surface but in depth by coating a mixture of a material, having thermo-hardening property and ultraviolet ray hardening property, and a carbonic material, and apply ultraviolet radiations and heat to this coating. CONSTITUTION:A zinc plate 4 is coated with a mixture of a resin material, having thermo-hardening property and ultraviolet ray hardening property, and a carbonic material, and this applied coating is hardened and solidified to form a conductive film 5. The surface course of this film 5 is hardened by irradiation of ultraviolet rays, and heating with a burner, etc., hardens deeper layers quickly. Thus the conductive film 5 can be formed in any desired depth, which enables forming of a negative electrode with no defects. |
