<p>A dielectric ceramic composition consisting essentially of barium oxide, titanium oxide, neodymium oxide and gadolinium oxide and which is expressed by the formula: aBaO-bTiO2-c[(1 - X)Nd2O3-XGd2O3] wherein, 0.10 </= a </= 0.20, 0.65</= b </= 0.75, 0.10</= c </= 0.20, a + b + c = 1 (a, b, and c are mole fractions), and 0 < X </= 0.4 (X is a mole fraction of Gd2O3 based on the total amount of ND2O3 and Gd2O3). Al2O3 may be added in an amount of not more than 4 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the dielectric ceramic composition.</p> |
