发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF MOLYBDENUM TRIOXIDE ACTIVE SUBSTANCE FOR LITHIUM BATTERY AND LITHIUM BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To accomplish a positive electrode active substance with a large charging capacity and discharging capacity and also a lithium battery incorporating it, by subjecting peroxide of a material of molybdenum or a mixture of this and molybdenum powder to processes of heating, oxygen removal, and dewatering. CONSTITUTION:Molybdic peracid is produced by subjecting metal molybdenum, molybdenum oxide such as MnO2, molybdenum trioxide obtained by heating an oxidating ammonium molybdate to peroxidating process with hydrogen peroxide. The solids obtained by evaporating the water contained in this reaction liquid are hated under vacuum for removal of oxygen and water, and thus molybdenum trioxide active substance is produced. Otherwise, molybdenum trioxide active substance is produced in the same manner from molybdenum peracid to which molybdenum powder is added. This molybdenum trioxide active substance is used as positive electrode active substance while LiClO4, polycarbonate, dimethoxyethane are used as electrolyte, and thus a lithium battery is formed which should have a large charging/discharging capacity.
